3. Drop sodium hydroxide solution until the pH value is adjusted to 8.0, and disodium EDTA will slowly begin to dissolve;

4. Add distilled water again and dilute the solution to 1 liter;

5. Filter the solution once with a 0.5 micron filter;

6. Put the solution into a container and sterilize it in a high-temperature sterilizer;

7. The prepared EDTA solution can be stored stably for one year under 4 ℃.
