3. Prepare pipes buffer

Prepare 1 liter of 1m pipes free acid buffer solution, add 302.37 g pipes free acid to 600ml of dh2o, adjust to the required pH with 10N sodium hydroxide, and fill to the final volume of 1l with dh2o.
