used in plastic, rubber, colorant, chemical fiber, paint, metal processing, nylon industry.

Details:

application:

1. Plastic. Used as an internal and external slip agent in many thermoplastic and thermoset plastics

2. Rubber. Add 1~3% EBS in emulsion of synthetic resin and rubber will have good anti-stick and anti-caking effect. EBS is used in automotive floor mats, drains and other rubber products to increase the surface gloss.

3. Chemical fiber. EBS can improve the heat resistance and weather resistance of polyester and polyamide fibers, and impart a certain antistatic effect.

4. Release agent. Casting sand is added with phenolic resin. EBS can be used as a release agent.

5. Pigments, fillers and dispersants. EBS is used as a pigment dispersant for plastics, chemical fiber masterbatches, such as ABS, PS, polypropylene, polyester masterbatch. EBS can also be used as a diffusion powder for plastic color matching.

6. Powder coatings. EBS can be used as a flow aid for powder coatings.

7. Paints and inks. When coatings and paints are manufactured, adding 0.5~2% EBS can improve the salt spray and moisture-proof effect; adding this product to the paint can improve the performance of the paint remover and improve the leveling of the surface of the baked enamel.
