1、 Method for using serum separating gel
Use the glue feeder to add the separated glue into the test tube, with the addition amount of 0.8-1.2g for each test tube; The maximum use temperature of the Serum separation gel not exceed 80 ℃. In the process of adding glue, water bath or other appropriate square hair can be used for heating. The heating temperature is best controlled at 40-60 ℃. The heating time is suitable for the uniform temperature of the separating glue; The test tube after gluing is centrifuged on a centrifuge at about 1500-2100g for 2-3 minutes; During blood test, when the blood is completely coagulated and the serum begins to precipitate, place the blood sample for 15-25 minutes, and then centrifuge on the centrifuge with a centrifugal force of 1500-2100g for 8-10 minutes to separate the serum and blood cells.
Separation gel can generally be used with various blood coagulants. It is usually used for clinical biochemistry and immunology, RIA and FIA test items, storage and transmission of serum samples, etc.
2、 Common problems and solutions of serum separation gel
1. Inaccurate test results: this may be caused by hemolysis of blood cells, poor stability of partition wall and blockage of separation glue oil droplets. The solution is to reduce the centrifugal force or shorten the centrifugal time and increase the viscosity of the separating glue.
2. Separation glue residue: the separation glue residue on the test tube wall may be caused by the formula problem of the separation glue itself, the aging of the separation glue or too large or too small centrifugal force. The solution is to verify and optimize the formula of separation gel according to the actual situation, improve the thixotropy of separation gel and strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Flow of separating glue: This is caused by improper transportation and storage of separating glue, severe turbulence of separating glue or quality problems of separating glue itself. The solution is to avoid improper transportation, storage and bumps, and select qualified suppliers.
4. Separation glue does not turn over or reverses poorly: This is caused by the problem of separation glue formula and process, aging of separation glue, too large or too small centrifugal force and too high minimum reverse centrifugal force of separation glue. The solution to Fangfa is to improve the quality of separating glue, improve the thixotropy of separating glue and select high-quality suppliers.
5.
