It covers an area of 1800 square meters,mainly dedicated to the process development and optimization of APIs 、pharmaceutical intermediates、solid & liquid drugs and quality & stability research.

 

Zhejiang Alicorn New-drug R&D Co.,Ltd

It covers an area of over 3500 square meters,mainly participated in the customization and synthesis of new molecular compound.

   Anqing Technical center ( under construction)

The lab has an area of 1200 square meters,mainly used for the process optimization、finalization、scale-up and costing control of APIs and pharmaceutical intermediates.

Anhui Ailead Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd

Founded in Oct. 2019 and located in Anqing New High-tech.zone of Anhui province,it’s mainly engaged in the R&D、production and marketing of advanced-intermediates、APIs and drugs.

It is designed and constructed conforming to FDA and GMP standards to guarantee the manufacturing site to be environmental protection

 

About US

1 Set up in national chemical industry park with an land area of 48000㎡and Gross floor area of 40000㎡.

2 The APIs & intermediates manufacturing site covers an area of 15000 square meters, the reactors can be available for specific reactions including high temperature、high pressure、cryogenic and hydrogenation reactions

3 The project part I are equipped with 61 reactors with an volume from 50-5000L and total volume of 75.75 m³, 2 set of reactors can be available for Cryogenic reactions with temp.from -100~-30 degrees and in reactors 1500L and 3000L each,5 sets of reactors (6.0mpa 5.0mpa 2.5mpa)can be available for high pressure actions.

4 The drugs workshop covers an area of over 11000 ㎡,it will be used to produce oral solid drugs、topical drugs and other dosages.

5 The manufacturing site is designed and constructed conforming to GMP and FDA standards

6 The DCS control system(designed by Zhejiang University) and the TCU temperature control system are adopted

7 It has a waste water treatment capacity of 300 mt per day.
