Organic shiitake mushroom extract is made from the fruiting bodies of organic shiitake mushrooms. The harvested dried shiitake fruit bodies are pelletized and then extracted with hot water.

 

After extraction, the shiitake mushroom residue was separated, and the extract was subjected to membrane separation, concentration and spray drying to obtain a fine extract powder. Qualified products are vacuum-packed after crushing, screening and metal detection.

 

Organic shiitake mushroom extract powder 50% Polysaccharide (Lentinan, abbreviated: LNT) is made from the fruiting bodies of shiitake mushrooms.
