Details:

Appearance: White powder. Bitter taste. Relative density 1.43, melting point not less than 203-204 ℃. Soluble in alkaline aqueous solution, insoluble in cold water, ethanol, acetone, insoluble in gasoline and toluene. Suitable for metal oxide vulcanization, especially magnesium oxide and zinc oxide as vulcanizing agents have better effects. Safe to operate and not prone to burning. At normal vulcanization temperature, the vulcanization rate is relatively fast. As the dosage increases, the vulcanization rate can still improve, but the anti scorching performance decreases. When used in combination with the accelerator DM, the anti scorching performance can be improved. The obtained vulcanized rubber has high tensile stress, small compression deformation, and excellent elasticity and heat resistance.
Usage: This product can be used as a promoter for various types of chloroprene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, chloroether rubber, and acrylic rubber. And it is particularly suitable for 54-1 (W) and general-purpose (GN) chloroprene rubber. For W-type chloroprene rubber, lead monoxide or lead tetroxide can be used as vulcanizing agents to manufacture water resistant rubber materials. Used for products such as wires, cables, rubber, tubing, rubber shoes, raincoats, etc., as well as fine chemical intermediates, antioxidants, insecticides, dye drugs, and synthetic resins.
Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bag, paper plastic composite bag, kraft paper bag.
Storage: It should be stored in a cool, dry, well ventilated, and low temperature place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight and have a validity period of 1 year.
