BDTX-1535 targets a wide range of oncogenic EGFR mutations in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including classical and non-classical drive mutations and C797S mutations. In addition, BDTX-1535 also inhibits EGFR extracellular domain mutations common in glioblastoma (GBM).
