The excellent properties of this product have made it extremely widely used in industrial production, national defense, scientific research, and medical and health departments. It is mainly used for electrical insulation, demoulding, defoaming, damping and shockproof, hydraulic, dustproof, waterproof and high and low temperature lubrication.
1. It is widely used in motors, electrical appliances, and electronic instruments as an insulating medium that is resistant to heat, arc, corona, corrosion, moisture and dust. It is currently also used as transformer and capacitor oil to reduce the size of transformers, increase power, improve safety and pollution-free.
2. It is used as an anti-vibration and anti-damping oil. It is widely used in instruments, buffer dampers, impact buffers, torsional vibration dampers in automobile engines, circuit breakers of overload relays, buffer liquids in circuit disconnectors, and anti-vibration absorption oils in ammeters and speedometers for automobiles and aircraft. This product is used as a liquid spring with a small volume and light weight. It can withstand a large impact force in a wide temperature range and can be used as a vibration absorber for aircraft or super landing gear.
3. It is used as a demoulding agent. It is widely used in plastic molding, rubber processing, metal casting, papermaking, glass products, fiber, food and other aspects. It has the advantages of strong demoulding, high surface precision of products, small dosage, one-time brushing and multiple uses, safety, cleanliness, odorlessness, and non-toxicity. Generally, a solution or emulsion of this product with a concentration of 0.5-2.5% is used. It can be used after being applied to the mold surface and heat-treated at a temperature slightly higher than the molding processing temperature.
4. As a defoamer. It is the most widely used defoamer with strong defoaming power, high temperature resistance, non-volatile, high chemical stability, mildew-free and safe. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, printing and dyeing, coatings, pharmaceuticals, leather making, fermentation, food and other aspects. As long as 1O--1OOPPM of this product is added, it has a good defoaming effect.
5. As a lubricant. It is suitable for lubricating rubber, plastic bearings, gears and machinery and precision instruments under high and low temperature conditions. This product with special additives can also be used as a wear-resistant and extreme pressure lubricant.
6. As a surface treatment agent. Apply about 10% of this product solution or emulsion to the surface of glass, ceramics, and metal. After heat treatment at 150-300℃, a semi-permanent waterproof, mildew-proof and insulating thin mold can be formed. It can also be used for waterproofing of paper, leather, building materials and fabrics.
7. As an additive. Adding a small amount of this product to materials such as paint, rubber, paraffin and resin can significantly improve the waterproofness, brightness, permanence and processing performance of these materials. For example, adding a small amount of this product to paint can prevent the paint from floating color and wrinkling, and improve the brightness of the paint mold.
8. Application in medical and health care: The defoaming property of this product can be used as a medicine for treating pulmonary edema and swelling and a defoaming agent for artificial heart-lung machines. Ointments and protective agents made with this product as a base can improve the penetration of drugs into the skin, and have a good effect on eczema, dermatitis, and bedsores. The utensils treated with this product have an anticoagulant effect and can prolong the storage time of blood samples. Tablets made with this product are moisture-proof and prolong the efficacy of the drug.
9. Other uses. This product can also be used as a high-temperature bath and heat carrier, heat exchange system for precision instruments, anti-printing agent for dry copiers and the manufacture of various polishing agents. Using this product to treat anti-threading heads can eliminate static electricity and improve the quality of thread drawing. Adding this product to cosmetics can improve skin care and moisturizing effects, etc.
