IC-505 spraying degreaser  is mainly suitable for aluminum products in the pretreatment process of spray cleaning, oil removal effect is remarkable. It has many advantages, such as easy operation, simple management, short degreasing time, low foaming, low alkalinity and non-corrosion of aluminum. It is a typical representative of recent development products.

II. Treatment method (1 ton )

   1. Add 90% water in degreasing tank.

   2. Add 40-60 KG Eco-friendly degreaser , mix evenly.

 3. Supply the water to 1 ton and mix evenly.

   4. Heat the degreasing liquid, and examine the free alkalinity .  

 

III Examination Method

Observe the cleaning effect of oil removal. When the PH value was kept above 8 .When the PH value was lower than 8 points or the oil removal effect was decreased, the cleaning agent should be added.

 

 

V Package and Storage

This product is a weak alkaline product, not contact with acid substances,  not flammable water products, stored in a cool and dry place, avoid of direct sunlight
