Details:

LDPE (low density polyethylene)
Flexibility and extensibility: high molecular chain branching, low crystallinity, soft texture, easy to process.
Transparency: good light transmittance, suitable for transparent or semi-transparent products.
Chemical inertia: resistant to acid, alkali and polar solvents.
Processing performance: good melt fluidity, suitable for blowing film, extrusion and other processes.

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
High strength and high rigidity: molecular chain linear structure, high crystallinity (80-90%), good impact and pressure resistance.
Chemical corrosion resistance: stable to most solvents, acids and alkalis, suitable for storing chemicals.
Temperature resistance: can withstand 100 ° C high temperature for a short time (better than LDPE).
Low permeability: better water vapor and gas performance.

LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene)
High tensile strength and puncture resistance: short chain structure with both flexibility and mechanical strength.
Resistant to environmental stress cracking: more resistant to tearing and shock than LDPE.
Machining adaptability: can be molded through a variety of processes such as blown film, injection molding, roll molding.
Low temperature performance: still maintains flexibility at low temperatures (better than LDPE).

LDPE application:
Packaging materials: food wrap, plastic bags, flexible packaging (such as bread bags).
Daily necessities: extruded bottle caps, toys, disposable gloves.
Industrial use: wire and cable sheaths, coatings (such as paper box coatings).
Agriculture: plastic film (for insulation and moisture retention).

HDPE application:
Containers: milk bottles, detergent bottles, oil drums.
Pipeline system: water supply and drainage pipes, gas pipes (pressure resistant and corrosion-resistant).
Industrial components: pallets, turnover boxes, large storage tanks.
Daily necessities: trash cans, water bottles, bottle caps.

LLDPE application:
Thin films: stretch film (wrapping film), agricultural film (greenhouse film), garbage bags.
Packaging: Heavy duty bags (such as fertilizer and feed bags), composite films.
Injection molded products: lids, containers, pipe liners.
Coating: waterproof cloth, inner layer of paper cup.
