Methyl silicone oil reduce the generation of lubricant bubble increase the liquidity of foam surface’s oil film
This product is colorless, odourlessness, innocuity, and has chemical stability, a small dosage.
It has good anti - foam, and can reduce the generation of lubricant bubble, increase the liquidity of foam surface’s oil film, swamp the bubble oil film, speed the bubble up to the oil surface to burst.
This product has excellent compatibility to kinds of lubricant additive. In acid medium, it has a bad constancy of froth breaking; it is sensitive to the join method and has important afflation to deflation.
This product could be used in internal combustion engine oil, gear compound and hydraulic medium as foam killer, also in ferment industry and making thermoplastic coarse glue.
This product can not be used to demould in rubber, plastics and moulding industry; it also can not be used in waterproof, mildew proof and insulate.
The reference dosage in oil products should be from 1 - 100 ppm, diluted with light solvent or added with special equipment.

This product shall be stored, loaded & unloaded and blended according to SH/T0164. The high temperature shall not exceed 75°C, and not exceed 45°C for long - term storage. It is nonflammable, non - explosive and in - corrosive, and it is same as the common petroleum products in the aspects of security, environmental protection and use etc. Special protection is not needed.
