Amylase is a class of enzymes which can catalyze hydrolysis of starch and α-1,4-indican bond in hepatin. It mainly contains α-amylase, ?-amylase, glucose amylase and branch amylase. Normally, α-amylase is used in feedstuff, which can catalyze hydrolysis of starch into oligosaccharide, disaccharide, dextrin, glucose and fructose, and then improve the digestibility of starch. FUNCTION Improve the utilization of grain starch. Supplement the deficiency of endo-enzyme during weaning period.
