Abstract
CAPAC-ZDEC, (CAS No. 14324-55-1), is a very fast primary secondary (ultra) acceleratfnatural synthetic rubber. It is also a very rapid acceleratfNR SBR lattices. Additionally it is used as an antioxidant in adhesive systems.

Application
- CAPAC-ZDEC is a secondary ultra acceleratfgeneral purpose polymers (NR, SBR, IIR EPDM). It can be used as primary acceleratin some continuous cure applications as well as in latex.
- Furthermore CAPAC-ZDEC is used as an antioxidant in adhesive systems.
- It should be noted that in the application of CAPAC-ZDEC N-nitrosodiethylamine can be formed by the reaction of diethylamine, a decomposition product, with nitrosating agents (nitrogen oxides).
- CAPAC-ZDEC is regulated fuse in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 177.2600 under BfR Recommendation XXI, Categories 1-4 "Sonderkategorie".

Compounding Information
In NR latex 1.0 phr CAPAC-ZDEC together with 2.5 phr sulfur serves as a good starting point when used as a primary accelerator.
A good starting point ffoamed applications based on NR SBR is 1.5 phr CAPAC-ZDEC in combination with 1.0 phr ZMBT 2.5 phr sulfur.
In NR SBR CAPAC-ZDEC is generally used at the 0.1 to 0.4 phr level in combination with thiazoles sulfenamides.
In EPDM rubber applications CAPAC-ZDEC is generally used in blends with other dithiocarbamates inder to minimize bloom; Dosages are determined based on specific application.

Packing
The regular packing of this product is paper-plastic bag, 25kg/bag, 500kg/pallet 10 tons f20" FCL with pallets.

Storage Shelf Life
It should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; Keep away from water, moisture, high temperature fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closediginal container at room temperature.
