Bipariden Uses

Biperiden (CAS NO. 514-65-8) is used for the anti-Parkinson drugs and antispasmodic drugs.

Bipariden Production

With cyclopentadiene as raw materials, first the synthesis with chlorethylene to get Chloro-bicyclo heptene, and then reaction with Magnesium and Ether, producing Magnesium chloride of bicyclo heptene, the last condensation with β-piperidine phenyl acetone, then  Biperiden (CAS NO. 514-65-8) is derived.
