Production method of this chemical: The 1-Aza-2,5-disilacyclopentane, 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl- could be obtained by the reactant of Si,Si'-dichloro-Si,Si,Si',Si'-tetramethyl-Si,Si'-ethane-1,2-diyl-bis-silane. This reaction needs the reagent of ammonia, and the solvent of diethyl ether. The yield is 57 %.

Uses of this chemical: The 1,1,4,4-Tetramethyl-2,3-dioxa-1,4-disilacyclohexane could be obtained by the reactant of 1-Aza-2,5-disilacyclopentane, 2,2,5,5-tetramethyl-. This reaction needs the reagent of NH2-CO-NH2*H2O2, and the solvent of CH2Cl2. The yield is 68 %. This reaction should be taken for 4 hours at the temperature of 20 °C.
