Preparation of 1H-Pyrazole,3-(2-thienyl)-: this chemical can be prepared by 1-Vinyl-1H-imidazole with Thiophene-2-carbaldehyde. This reaction needs reagent p-Toluenesulfonyl hydrazide, NaOH and solvent Acetonitrile at temperature of 20 °C. The reaction time is 3 hours. The yield is 32 %.
