Preparation of Benzene,[(1-phenylbutyl)thio]-: this chemical can be prepared by benzenethiol and (1-nitro-butyl)-benzene at the temperature of 120 °C. This reaction will need reagent t-BuOK and solvent hexamethylphosphoric acid triamide with the reaction time of 2 hours. The yield is about 72%.
