The Bitter almond oil, with the CAS registry number 8013-76-1,is also known as Almond hull extract. It belongs to the product categories of Organic matters. What's more,Its systematic name is Oil of bitter almond.Volatile oil from Amygdalin-contg.It is Prunus species.It is a light yellow transparent,which is taste fragrance, and is not only a good cooking oil, or a senior lubricating oil. Bitter almond oil has been used of spices and mainly used in bakery products and soft drinks. It is mainly used almond candy (Madhi Bang sugar) and almond cheese in Europe.According to FAO / WHO (1984), it provides that the production can be used for a variety of tropical fruit canned salad and miscellaneous Kam( the maximum allowed dosage of 40mg/kg volume terms, there is only limited to those stained cherry).
