1.Cinnamamide (621-79-4) is a cinnamamide derivative of the formula (wherein X is a halogen atom) is useful as a muscle relaxant and is used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical compositions for relaxing muscle tone.

1.Cinnamamide (621-79-4) is derived from cinnamic acid by chlorination, amidation..
2..The use of GUI acid and dichloro-sulfoxide at 60-70 ℃ to react 3-4h, get raw product which need distilled to obtain cinnamon chloride.
3.add Cinnamon chloride slowly to the ammonia of high concentration below 30 ℃, reactiing with stirring 1h.
4.set it 24h, poured into a large number of distilled water, centrifugal drying, washing, re-crystallization by using dilute ethanol to derive product.
