Preparation: this chemical can be prepared by 2,7-Dibromo-4-chloropyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidine at the ambient temperature. This reaction will need reagent n-Bu3SnH and solvent bis-(2-methoxy-ethyl) ether with the reaction time of 1 hour. This reaction will also need catalyst N-methylimidazole. The yield is about 81%.
