Disodium fumarate Production

It derived from Fumaric acid by sodium carbonate. Water heated to boiling, stirring by adding fumaric acid. Fractionated by adding sodium carbonate to pH = 6.5-6.7. Stir while hot filtration, have anti-sodium 2-butene.
