Patchouli oil Specification

The Patchouli oil, with the CAS registry number 8014-09-3, is also known as Pogostemon cablin oil. Its classification codes are: (1)Natural Product; (2)Skin / Eye Irritant; (3)TSCA UVCB. This chemical has also been used as a hair conditioner for dreadlocks. One study suggests patchouli oil may serve as an all-purpose insect repellent.
