Preparation of Tetravinylsilane: This chemical can be prepared by trivinyl-silane and vinylmagnesium chloride. The reaction will need reagent tetrahydrofuran. The reaction time is 2 hours with temperature of 50°C, and the yield is about 61.4%. 

Uses of Tetravinylsilane: It can react with tribromomethane to produce 1,1,3-tribromo-3-trivinylsilylpropane. This reaction will need reagent Fe(CO)5 and (C6H5)3P. The reaction time is 6 hours with temperature of 120°C, and the yield is about 79.7%.
