production method of this chemical: The Z-Beta-ala-osu could be obtained by the reactants of N-hydroxy-succinimide and N-benzyloxycarbonyl-b-alanine. This reaction needs the reagent of DCC, and the solvent of dioxane. The other condition is stirred overnight.

Uses of this chemical: The Z-Beta-ala-osu could react with 5'-amino-5'-deoxy-adenosine, and obtain the (2-{[5-(6-amino-purin-9-yl)-3,4-dihydroxy-tetrahydro-furan-2-ylmethyl]-carbamoyl}-ethyl)-carbamic acid benzyl ester. This reaction needs the solvent of H₂O, dioxane. In addition, this reaction should be taken for 4 days. The yield is 90 %.
