The product is comprised of organic hydroxyl polyether compounds and other surface active agent, without any organosilicones.

Ⅲ. Applications

1. Eliminating the surface foam of white-water containing rosin size and the bubble adhering to fiber in water.
2. Eliminating the surface foam of white-water containing modified starch and the bubble adhering to fiber in water.
3. Eliminating the surface foam of white-water containing AKD emulsion and the bubble adhering to fiber in water.
4. Eliminating the foam in the water system which contains polyacrylamide retention aid.
5. Other environment not compatible with silicone defoamer.

Ⅳ. Characteristics and Advantages

Not only it can rapidly eliminate surface foam, it also eliminates the tiny bubbles adhering to fiber. It has the advantage of small dosage, swift anti-foaming, long-time foam-depressing, slight influence by turning rate and so on. Its quality can rival the imported product.

Ⅴ. Usage

Added with dosing pump in the white-water pool under wire, with a dosage of 60g~150g/per ton finished paper product.
