This product is comprised of mineral oil as main ingredient and other assistant constituents.

Ⅲ. Applications

1. Applied in the production and use process of water based coating, ink and styrene acrylic latex production and so on;

2. Applied in the papermaking coating section for eliminating air bubbles of coating to avoid the formation of sagging.

3. In waterborne and oily environment where silicone is inapplicable.

Ⅳ. Characteristics and Advantages

It enjoys such advantages as low dosage, quick antifoaming, long foam inhibition duration and good water dispersion, without any influence from pH when used. It’s applicable for coating, inks and various types of latex with strong applicability, and won’t result in shrinkage of holes and any impact on the property of coating, ink and latex. 

Ⅴ. Usage

1. In case of application in water-based coating, ink and latex, add the whole defoamer at grinding stage, or add in batches by stages according to the specific production process of related products.

2. In case of application in papermaking coating, it’s suitable to add the agent during the preparation of coating, or add it into coating auxiliary tank during coating.

Suggested dosage: 0.1~0.3%; the specific suitable adding amount shall be determined in accordance with the specific technical condition.
