Application

TIONES    0202S may be used in a variety of waterproof cement based drymix mortars applications as follows

• Tile grouts mortar
• Plasters mortar
• Anti-cracking mortar
• Waterproof mortar
• Sealing slurries 
• Decorative render and plaster for wall

1. Product Description 
TIONES 0202S is a highly efficient, silane based water repellent. It's easily redispersible in water and free of any solvent, plasticizer and film-forming agents

3. Properties 
Except excellent water repellence,  TIONES also provide the following benefits

4. Dosage and Handling 
TIONES  0202S is added to other powdery components to get the mixed homogenous formulation. The dosage should be 0.1%-0.3% of the total dry mixture by weight. The final required dosage should be evaluated in suitable tests prior to the actual application.

5. Storage 
TIONES  0202S should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, the opened bags should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplasticity of the redispersible polymer powder, bags should not be stacked higher than one pallet. 
TIONES  0202S storage time should not exceed 6 months from date of delivery
