2、Alpha ZrP lithium base grease test of steel ball grinding spot diameter is small than lithium base grease and Cu - alpha ZrP lithium base grease test of steel ball grinding spot diameter, explain ZrP lithium base grease based lithium base grease abrasion resistance is better than that of Cu - alpha ZrP lithium base grease
3、On the surface of friction pair wear results show that the SEM and EDS analysis，ZrP particles are deposited on the surface of steel ball wear, form the protective film, effectively reduce the friction and wear.
