Stability and storage

Sodium Ascorbate 99% Granulation is fairly stable to air if protected fromhumidity, but is somewhat sensitive to heat. The product may be stored for 24months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and atroom temperature below 25°C. On prolonged storage, a slight yellowdiscoloration may occur which, however, does not affect the biological activity.
