Description

Phytic acid, inositol hexaphosphate. Phytase is a phosphate monoester hydrolase, which mainly comes from microorganisms and some plant seeds.  Because minerals are bound in protein phytic acid mineral element complexes, the nutritional potency of minerals in some plant foods and some plant protein isolates is reduced. Phytase can hydrolyze phosphate residues from phytic acid, thus destroying the strong affinity of phytic acid for mineral elements.

Applications

The appropriate dosage of phytase in feed is 150g / T.

Phytic acid in plants can be hydrolyzed into orthophosphate and inositol derivatives. At the same time, a large amount of zinc and calcium plasma chelated by phytic acid in the gastrointestinal tract are also released for animal use due to the hydrolysis of phytic acid molecules. Therefore, adding phytase to the diet can improve the utilization rate of phosphorus in feed and promote growth of monogastric animals such as pigs. At the same time, it can reduce the amount of inorganic phosphorus, reduce the emission of phosphorus in fecal chemicalbook and reduce environmental pollution.
