Description

β-Glucanase is passed by glucose monomer β- 1, 3 and β- D-type glucose polymer connected by 1,4 glycosidic bonds, which mainly exists in aleurone layer and endosperm cell wall in monocotyledon gramineous grain. β- Glucanase belongs to hydrolases, which can degrade effectively β- In dextran molecules β- 1, 3 and β- 1,4 sugar chemicalbook glycoside bond to degrade it into small molecules. β- Glucanase is a highly effective biological preparation prepared by submerged fermentation and purification of Trichoderma reesei. β- Glucanase is the main enzyme system, and also has the activities of pentosanse, xylanase, cellulase and arabinase.

Applications:

Because in the feed, barley β- Glucan content is high, which is difficult to be digested and utilized by monogastric animals, and has obvious interference and inhibition on the digestion and utilization of various nutrients in feed. It has become an anti nutritional factor in wheat feed.
