1. Description

HT-202E is a kind of Phosphorous and Nitrogen containing halogen-free flame retardant for glass fiber reinforced PA6, completely compliance with RoHs and REACH regulations. In the application of PA6 (30% GF), HT-202E is of nice self-extinguishing, short flaming, lower smoke density and good compatibility. Compared with the Bromine-Antimony compounding, there is no significant difference on mechanical properties but better on electricity properties. Good thermal stability and not separate out.

Worked as an additive type flame retardant, HT-202E has an excellent flame retardancy in PA6 (30% GF) and to ratio UL-94 V0.

5, Caution:

1, Machine screw combination should use weak shear in the normal working condition.

2, The procession temperature of injection or extrusion should be strictly controlled below 250℃.

3, HT-202E is strictly prohibited to be contacted with antimony or other oxidizing product to avoid color change.
