1. Description

The halogen-free flame retardant is designed for TPU (Polyester and Polyether), completely compliance with RoHs, REACH and IEC 61249-2-21 regulations, lower dosage but excellent flame retardancy (reach UL94 V-0 (3.2mm, 1.6mm), no dropping). Never precipitated in TPU, never hydrolyzed, its excellent processing properties allow the product are applied widely in various fields such as electronic, electrical, wire & cable, meet the requirement of halogen-free, low smoke, nontoxic, environment-friendly on the flame retardants.

The product works as high-efficiency additive flame retardant, applied in non-flammable TPU to UL94V-0.

3.Recommendation

1、TPU(Polyether): Recommended loading 5~8% to UL94V-0 (3.2mm)

Recommended loading 9~12% to UL94V-0 (1.6mm)

2、TPU(Polyester): Recommended loading 25~35% to UL94V-0 (3.2mm,1.6mm)_.

4.Storage and Attention

Keep in dry, normal temperature and moisture proof condition, preventing the heating.

5.Packaging

Net weight 25kg/bag, Compound paper-plastic bag and inner aluminum foil.
