URB754 in medicine is a compound that has been found to inhibit hydrolysis of monoacyl glycerol compounds, such as 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) and 2-oleoylglycerol (2-OG). URB754 in medicine was first described in 2003. A study performed in 2005 found that the compound had specificity for metabolizing 2-AG over anandamide (another cannabinoid ligand) in rat brain presumably by inhibiting the enzyme monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL), which is the primary metabolic enzyme of 2-AG.

Our pilot and production base was situated in Taixing Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province. The first phase of company construction has been completed and passed the standard attestation of ISO9001 International Quality Systerm. It has set up two API production workshops and one D-level clean workshop, with the reachable production capacity of 120 cubic meters. The factory is equipped with a chemical production condition of temperature scope between minus 100 degree and 300 degree and high pressure hydrogenation capacity of highest pressure 15 atm. The company invested huge capital in the installation of the latest environmental protection device, which can deal with liquid waste of more than 100 tons and realize standard emissions, and which adopts RTO end gas incineration device to make sure of the production process not affecting the environment in a bad way. We have well trained team of Research and Development, the average age of this team was less than 30 years old, who have vast experience in bench-scale test and pilot-scale test of organic synthesis.
