Appearance: white solid. Impure industrial products was pink.
Solubility: slightly soluble in water. Dissolved in nitric acid.
Lead arsenate (CAS NO.3687-31-8) is toxic! and is used for stomach poison insecticide, mainly used for fruit insect pest control ( not used now ), a large number can used for manufacture of arsenic compounds .
Confirmed carcinogen. A poison by ingestion. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic vapors of lead and arsenic.
