 Topotecan HCl (119413-54-6) is naturally occurring amino acid.It is the precursor of tetrapyrroles in the biosynthesis of chlorophyll and heme.And it is antineoplastic (photosensitizer),especially a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor,just like semisynthetic analog of Camptothecin.
