I. Product introduction

Enterokinase (light chain) is a highly specific protease that recognizes the sequence of ASP ASP ASP Lys and hydrolyzes polypeptides at the C-terminal of Lys. It can transform trypsinogen into trypsin, or it can cleave the fusion protein with this recognition sequence. This product is a high-purity, high-activity bovine enterokinase prepared by recombinant yeast secretion expression system. It has a wide range of applications (4-45 ℃, pH 4.5-9.5), and still has some activities in the presence of various detergent and denaturant.

 

II. Product characteristics

Source: Pichia pastoris

Character: clear, colorless to pale yellow liquid

Activity: ≥ 5.0U/µl

Purity (SDS-PAGE) : single main band

Specificity: highly specific identification of asp-asp-asp-lys sequence, in the c-end of Lys for enzymatic digestion.

Iv. Recommend Usage

According to the definition of enzyme activity, examples of enzyme cutting conditions:

20 ~50mM Tris HCI, pH 8.0-8.5 system:

Enzyme: concentration of fusion protein = 0.1-10u: 1mg

The optimum temperature was 25-30 ℃, and the reaction time was 4-24 hours. SDS-PAGE could be used to detect the effect of enzyme cutting.
