Shanghai Tangfang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010. It is a chemical medicine R&D enterprise that engages in development of chemical raw medicine, pharmaceutical intermediates, new products of pharmaceutical preparations, and new technologies; at the same time in drug registration application at home and abroad, patent application of medicine key technologies, and technology transfer; and in offering custom synthesis of new pharmaceutical intermediates and functional compounds. Our companies entered Zizhu Science Park( Minhang District, Shanghai) in May 2016. The R&D field covers 1,000㎡. We have the first-class R&D laboratory. Our synthesis laboratory adopts 24-hour uninterrupted central ventilation system to ensure the experimental field free of odor thus gurantee the health of employees. There are ten sets of HPLC and GC analytical instruments in quality inspection department and one 400m nuclear magnetic resonance. Our pilot and production base was situated in Taixing Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province. The first phase of company construction has been completed and passed the standard attestation of ISO9001 International Quality Systerm. It has set up two API production workshops and one D-level clean workshop, with the reachable production capacity of 120 cubic meters. The factory is equipped with a chemical production condition of temperature scope between minus 100 degree and 300 degree and high pressure hydrogenation capacity of highest pressure 15 atm. The company invested huge capital in the installation of the latest environmental protection device, which can deal with liquid waste of more than 100 tons and realize standard emissions, and which adopts RTO end gas incineration device to make sure of the production process not affecting the environment in a bad way. We have well trained team of Research and Development, the average age of this team was less than 30 years old, who have vast experience in bench-scale test and pilot-scale test of organic synthesis. We have carried out IUR cooperation with several universities in china, and invite experts regularly to the company to carry out academic lectures, and arrange excellent staffs to participate in technical training.
