- Working Temperature: 20℃-60℃ (Effective), 40℃-55℃ (Optimum).
- Working pH: 5.0-9.5 (Effective), 6.0-8.0 (Optimum).
- The low-concentration of Ca2+, Zn2+, Al2+and Mg2+ have not effect on enzyme activity; Fe2+, Ni2+, Cu2+and Hg2+ have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity.
