Peramivir white powde is an experimental anti-viral medicine to treat certain patients with severe influenza. Peramivir white powde is given by injection generally once a day for 5 days. Peramivir white powde may stop the virus from spreading inside the body and speed recovery. The standard adult dose of Peramivir white powde is 600 mg once a day, administered intravenously for 5 to 10 days. Initial treatment courses are for 5 to 10 days duration.

2. Peramivir antiviral drug
Peramivir antiviral drug is a potent, intravenously administered investigational antiviral agent that rapidly delivers high plasma concentrations to the sites of infection. Discovered by BioCryst, Peramivir antiviral drug inhibits the interactions of influenza neuraminidase, an enzyme that is critical to the spread of influenza within the host. Peramivir antiviral drug is an inhibitor of influenza A and B viruses, including strains of influenza viruses that may be resistant to available neuraminidase inhibitors. The availability of an intravenous (i.v.) neuraminidase inhibitor may be important in treating patients hospitalized with severe and potentially life-threatening influenza by ensuring that the appropriate dose is administered, which may be a concern with currently available oral or inhaled anti-influenza agents.

Our pilot and production base was situated in Taixing Economic and Technological Development Zone of Jiangsu Province. The first phase of company construction has been completed and passed the standard attestation of ISO9001 International Quality Systerm. It has set up two API production workshops and one D-level clean workshop, with the reachable production capacity of 120 cubic meters. The factory is equipped with a chemical production condition of temperature scope between minus 100 degree and 300 degree and high pressure hydrogenation capacity of highest pressure 15 atm. The company invested huge capital in the installation of the latest environmental protection device, which can deal with liquid waste of more than 100 tons and realize standard emissions, and which adopts RTO end gas incineration device to make sure of the production process not affecting the environment in a bad way. We have well trained team of Research and Development, the average age of this team was less than 30 years old, who have vast experience in bench-scale test and pilot-scale test of organic synthesis.
