Uses of Trimethylsilyl bromoacetate: it can be used to produce Trimethylsilylessigsaeuretrimethylsilylester at ambient temperature. This reaction will need reagent dichlorodimethylsilane, Zn and solvent tetrahydrofuran. The yield is about 30%.
